Account and registration

No. Each person may hold only one grafikjitu account. If you open more than one account using the same identity documents, payment method, or device, we will detect the duplicate and suspend all linked accounts. Funds in suspended accounts are frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if we confirm the violation. If you need a new account because you forgot your password or lost access to your original account, contact our support team — we can help you regain access or recover your account instead of creating a second one. Duplicate accounts breach our terms and expose you to account termination.

Open the Deposit page in your grafikjitu account. Select your payment method — local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking. Enter the amount you want to deposit. The platform generates a unique transaction ID and directs you to your wallet app or SMS payment screen. Complete the transaction using your PIN or biometric verification. Once your wallet confirms the payment, the balance appears in your grafikjitu account within seconds. If the deposit does not arrive within five minutes, check your wallet transaction history to confirm the payment went through — if it succeeded but grafikjitu has not credited you, contact our support team with your transaction ID and we will investigate within one business day. Deposits via local payment, online payment, and e-wallet are instant and require no manual approval from us.

Live-dealer tables on grafikjitu are broadcast from real studios with professional dealers. You play blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Andar Bahar, or Dragon Tiger in real-time against a live dealer. You see the dealer on video, place bets through the grafikjitu interface, and the dealer announces outcomes. Games run 24 hours a day. Slots are digital games played against the game software, not a dealer. You spin reels (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) and the software calculates payouts based on the symbols shown. Payments and transactions

Our weekly cashback offer applies to net losses across live-dealer games and slots during a calendar week (Monday to Sunday). If your total wagers on these games exceed your winnings, the difference is your net loss. We credit a percentage of that net loss back to your account by Monday morning. The exact percentage and any minimum loss threshold are published in your Account > Promotions tab and may vary by region and time period. Cashback is credited automatically — you do not need to opt in or claim it manually. Cashback is subject to turnover requirements before withdrawal; these are explained when the credit is added to your account. Cashback does not apply to sportsbook betting or esports markets. Yes. We support bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Go to Deposit and select Bank Transfer. The system generates a unique account number and reference code for your transaction. Transfer the amount from your bank account to that number using your bank's mobile app or ATM. Include the reference code in the transaction notes. The deposit arrives within one to three business days, depending on your bank's processing speed. Bank transfers may take longer than e-wallet deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), so allow extra time during peak periods or holidays like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha. If your transfer does not arrive within three business days, contact our support team with your bank transaction receipt and reference code — we will trace the transfer and credit your account if the bank has processed it on their end. Transfers from linked family accounts or business accounts may be rejected — transfers must originate from your own registered account.

Your grafikjitu Account Preferences menu includes several optional tools. You can set a deposit cap — a maximum amount allowed to deposit in a calendar week or month — and the system will block deposits above that limit. You can request a voluntary account pause lasting 24 hours to several weeks; during a pause, you cannot log in or place bets, but you retain full access to withdraw your balance. You can update your contact information, payment methods, and security settings. You can download your complete transaction history and game records. You can also close your account permanently, which suspends all access and locks your balance (you can still withdraw, but cannot deposit or play until the account is reopened). None of these tools are mandatory. We do not display age-gating or mandatory deposit-limit forms at signup — these are entirely your choice. We collect your name, date of birth, government ID number, address, phone number, email, and payment method details for account verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We also log your gameplay history — bets placed, outcomes, balances, and timestamps — for dispute resolution and record-keeping. All data is encrypted and stored on secure servers. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share your data with payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and legal authorities if required by law. You can request a copy of all data we hold on you, or request account deletion, by contacting our support team — we respond within five business days.
